Banana Cake

Today me and my mom, baking a Banana Cake :D we have a lot of banana, but we dont know how to ate up all of the bananas :( . So, We make a Banana Cake 

Lets check it :)
Ingredients

75g (1/3 cup) softened butter
110g (1/2 cup) unrefined (golden) caster (superfine granulated) sugar
1 large beaten egg
225g (2 cups) plain wholemeal (all-purpose) flour
2 level tsp baking powder
grated rind of 1 orange and 1 lemon (optional)
4 ripe bananas
50g (1/2 cup) chopped walnuts

Method
  • Grease and base-line a loaf tin measuring 8.5 by 19cm (1 lb capacity), or set 12 paper muffin cases into a muffin tin. Heat the oven to 350F/180C/gas 4.
  • Put butter, caster sugar and egg into a bowl. Sift in flour and baking powder. Using an electric mixer, whisk until thoroughly combined. Add the grated lemon and orange rind if using.
  • Slice the bananas into another bowl, and mash to a pulp. Add to the flour mixture, along with the walnuts and whisk again thoroughly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the tin or cases and bake until risen and browned, and springs back when pressed with a finger. A loaf takes about 50 minutes. Muffins take 15-20 mins.
  • Leave cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before turning on to a wire tray.

My Favourite Dish :)

1. Lomie
Lomie is delicious noodles, vegetables kale and sprouts are washed down a thick gravy mix flour, dried squid, dried shrimp, chicken and spices. Plus additional meatball to make lomie looks delicious in a large serving bowl. SO yummy! :D

2. Baso (Meatball)
Bakso or Baso commonly made from a mixture of beef and flour, but there are also meatballs made from chicken meat or fish, for this type of beef meatballs, chicken, and fish. In the usual presentation meatballs mixed with clear soup and noodles.I love to eat Bakso with Spicy hmm very spicy taste :D. In Indonesia there is so much kind of, like Bakso Malang, Bakso Solo. Malang and Solo is name of city in Indonesia.

3. Mie Ayam
Mie ayam is delicious noodles with additional Bakso or meatball and chicken :) Lil bit like Lomie but the sauce is not too thick
yep, there is my favourite dishes, Lomie, Mie Ayam and Bakso can we easily found on the roadside and restaurants. Every place have different taste so, we can choose where is our favourite place and taste :D
